Understand plans, add-ons, wallets, and AI credits

Read the provider-safe billing status and know which balance funds each feature.

Steps

  1. Open Billing and review the current plan, entitlements, recurring add-ons, and billing health.
  2. Review purchased AI credits and separate voice or bulk-messaging wallet balances.
  3. Resolve any displayed billing issue using its next action.
  4. Confirm that the desired channel or AI feature is included before launching it.

Important notes

  • TidyAnswer does not show raw payment-provider customer IDs, subscription IDs, or webhook events in the client.
