Send MMS attachments

Upload and send supported media without exposing provider media locations.

Steps

  1. Choose the attachment action in the message composer.
  2. Select a supported file and wait for the TidyAnswer upload to finish.
  3. Add useful message context and confirm the recipient and line.
  4. Send and review the delivery result in the shared timeline.

Troubleshooting

  • If upload fails, check the visible file type and size guidance, then retry the upload rather than reusing a stale reference.
