Send and reply to text messages

Use the shared conversation composer for eligible two-way SMS.

Steps

  1. Open a conversation and confirm the active line and the customer's SMS consent state.
  2. Write a concise message and review any segmentation or balance warning.
  3. Send once; TidyAnswer uses the client request ID to prevent duplicate sends during retries.
  4. Watch the timeline for sent, delivered, or failed status and follow up only when appropriate.
