Publish, update, and archive articles
Move content through draft, published, and archived states with version history.
Steps
- Preview and fact-check the current draft.
- Publish the article so it becomes eligible for public search and Tidy AI citations.
- For later changes, update the article, review the new version, and publish again.
- Archive obsolete content and replace important inbound links with a current article when possible.
Important notes
- Editing CMS content does not change the live static site until a Nimbus deployment is built and activated.
