Manage multiple WhatsApp connections
Select the exact active connection before reading or changing connection-level settings.
Steps
- Open the WhatsApp connection selector.
- Choose the connection by its masked label and TidyAnswer connection reference.
- Review profile, templates, readiness, and messaging state for that connection.
- Reconfirm the selector after switching workspaces or returning from onboarding.
Important notes
- Do not assume the first connection is the default when a workspace has more than one.
