Install TidyAnswer on desktop
Install and launch the native TidyAnswer desktop app on macOS, Windows, or Linux.
Steps
- Download the installer approved for your operating system and organization.
- Complete the operating-system trust or installation prompts and launch TidyAnswer.
- Sign in, select your workspace, and allow notifications only if you want local conversation alerts.
- Keep automatic updates enabled so security and channel changes arrive with the signed release stream.
Troubleshooting
- If the app is blocked, verify that the installer came from the official distribution and has not been modified.
- If sign-in finishes in the browser but the app does not continue, return to the app and retry once.
