Install the TidyAnswer Messenger

Add the website chat launcher and verify that it loads from an allowed origin.

Steps

  1. Open Messenger installation settings and copy the generated script snippet.
  2. Add it once to the website layout so it loads on the pages where support is offered.
  3. Add the production website origin to the allowlist when origin restrictions are enabled.
  4. Publish the site, open it in a clean browser session, and complete the installation check.

Troubleshooting

  • Duplicate script installation can create duplicate launchers or state. Search the rendered page and tag manager before adding it again.
