How Tidy AI uses Knowledge
Understand grounded answers, citations, confidence, and the boundary between content and action.
Steps
- Publish accurate public articles and configure any approved internal knowledge sources.
- Ask a question and inspect the source articles cited with the answer.
- Use the answer only when the sources support the requested conclusion.
- Escalate to a teammate when confidence is insufficient, sources conflict, or the request requires account action.
Important notes
- Tidy AI should not invent policy, billing outcomes, legal advice, or privileged account changes.
