Edit the WhatsApp Business profile

Update the customer-visible about, address, description, email, websites, category, and profile image.

Steps

  1. Select the intended WhatsApp connection and open Business profile.
  2. Review the current provider-safe profile fields.
  3. Make accurate changes and upload a supported profile image when needed.
  4. Save, then refresh to confirm Meta accepted the update.
