Create and edit a Help Center article

Write a structured draft with Markdown, metadata, SEO, and related content.

Steps

  1. Open Help Center, select Articles, and create a draft in the correct locale and category.
  2. Write a clear title, excerpt, and Markdown body with short sections and ordered steps.
  3. Add focused tags, optional attachments, related article references, and SEO fields.
  4. Save and preview the draft before publishing.

Important notes

  • The editor stores canonical article content in the Headless CMS; Nimbus receives an immutable published snapshot.
