Connect WhatsApp with Embedded Signup

Authorize a customer-owned WhatsApp Business connection without exposing Meta credentials to the client.

Steps

  1. Open WhatsApp channel setup and start the customer-number onboarding journey.
  2. Open the generated signup page, complete Meta authorization, and keep the short-lived code private.
  3. Return to TidyAnswer, refresh status, and choose the intended masked candidate.
  4. Confirm the connection using the required phrase and review the resulting connection in the connection selector.

Important notes

  • Cloud API candidates may require the customer's own six-digit two-step PIN. TidyAnswer does not return Meta tokens or raw account IDs.
