Connect sales and context integrations

Steps

1. Open Integrations and choose the source that owns the business context.
2. Authorize the minimum scope and select the intended workspace or resource.
3. Run a test import and confirm the provider-safe event appears in the expected sales or conversation context.
4. Use TidyAnswer actions for follow-up tasks and customer communication rather than copying provider payloads.

• Some integrations provide context only and do not become a customer-support reply channel.
