Complete the support launch checklist

Use readiness checks to verify every customer entry point before announcing support.

Steps

  1. Open the support overview and review every blocking and warning item.
  2. Finish the team inbox, Help Center, Messenger, contact capture, and human-handoff checks you intend to use.
  3. Open each connected channel and resolve its connection, routing, policy, and diagnostic checks.
  4. Run a real end-to-end test from an external device and verify the customer and teammate experience.

What to expect

  • A ready status means the required server checks passed; it does not replace an end-to-end test.

If you still need help

Search this Help Center using the exact feature or visible error. If the issue continues, use Call TidyAnswer support from the Help Center navigation. Include any public reference and the approximate timestamp, but never include passwords, access tokens, provider credentials, or raw webhook payloads.
