Collect a useful troubleshooting report

Give support enough safe evidence to reproduce a problem without sharing credentials or private payloads.

Steps

  1. Record the product surface, operating system, app version, workspace, time zone, and approximate timestamp.
  2. Capture the public conversation, call, message, connection, or deployment reference shown by TidyAnswer.
  3. Describe expected behavior, actual behavior, exact steps, and the visible safe error.
  4. Remove customer content that is not necessary and contact TidyAnswer support at +1 (888) 560-TIDY when phone support is appropriate.
