Add internal notes and teammate context
Collaborate privately without sending internal discussion to the customer.
Steps
- Open the target conversation and switch the composer to internal note.
- Write only the context another teammate needs to decide or act.
- Mention the responsible teammate when direct attention is required.
- Post the note and confirm that it is visibly marked as internal.
Important notes
- Never place passwords, provider credentials, raw webhook data, or unnecessary sensitive customer data in notes.
